In the event of an unusual delay, an email will be sent to you.
If paying by check, the order will be processed upon receipt of the check. Consequently, the deadlines applicable in this case are those on the day of receipt of the check and can therefore be modified from those mentioned on the day of placing the order.
In the case of items deliverable on different dates taking into account their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. LBS MEDICAL however reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment.

The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note, or even to refuse the goods. In this case, it is necessary to inform LBS MEDICAL quickly. As soon as the package is returned to our premises by the carrier, we will offer you a new shipment (free of shipping costs) of the product or an equivalent product in the event of a stock shortage. In the event of refusal, the customer may request a refund which will be made by transfer or check within 8 days maximum.
